Alternative dispute resolution pursuant to Article 14 Paragraph 1 of the ODR Regulation and Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG): The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be found here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers have the option of using this platform to resolve their disputes. We are obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board to resolve disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer, or regarding whether such a contractual relationship exists at all. The competent body is the General Consumer Arbitration Board of the Center for Arbitration e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. We will participate in dispute resolution proceedings before this body.
